Have an Unusual or Unlisted Trust Document?

Contact Notary Royalty LLC before booking. Please provide the name or title of the document and any signing instructions you received from your attorney, law firm, document preparer, or other requesting party.

We can determine whether the requested notarial or signing service is within the services we provide and what information will be needed for your appointment.

Before Contacting Us, Please Have Available:

  • Name or title of the Trust document

  • Type of Trust, if known

  • Number of documents

  • Number of signers

  • Number of signatures requiring notarization

  • Whether witnesses are required

  • Whether witnesses have already been arranged

  • Appointment location

  • Preferred appointment date and time

  • Attorney or document-provider instructions, if available

  • Any special printing, scanning, delivery, or return requirements

Not Sure What Type of Notarization Is Required?

If your document contains a notarial certificate or your attorney/document provider has supplied notarial instructions, we can review those requirements for appointment and signing purposes.

If the document does not indicate which notarial act is required, the signer or document recipient may need to obtain that information from the attorney or document provider. Notary Royalty LLC cannot select a notarial act on a client's behalf when doing so would require legal advice.

Attorney-Prepared Trust Documents Welcome

We welcome attorney-prepared Trust and Estate Planning signing packages and can work with attorneys, law firms, trustees, families, and individual clients to provide professional mobile signing support.

Please Note: Notary Royalty LLC is not a law firm and does not draft Trust documents, select Trust documents, interpret Trust provisions, determine how assets should be titled or transferred, or provide legal, tax, or financial advice. Questions concerning the legal effect of a Trust or Trust-related document should be directed to the appropriate attorney or professional.
